Our warehouse staff are trained to pack your goods exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Prior to shipping, your goods are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period for each item.

Prior to shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.

Returns

We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have made the order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and not be used. The item should be in its original packaging.
